Interface & Languages

Login & Permissions

• Sign in with username & password.

• Roles & permissions (per-user access control):
  add/delete/edit order; change sensitive fields (name, device, fault, cost, price, status); move to next week; view analytics; manual stats reset; manage users, expenses, withdrawals, backup export/import, etc.

Search & Orders View

• Advanced search in a neat card:
  full-text (order #, name, phone, device, fault, serial…), filter by status (Pending / Completed / Delivered / Canceled), date range (from/to), reset button that preserves week parameters if used.

• Orders table:
  expandable/collapsible row for detailed view (company, phone, serial, password, pattern, received/created dates, notes…); inline editing based on permissions; change status inline; move to next week (blocked if status is “Delivered”); delete with confirmation (if permitted).

Add New Order

• Form fields: name, phone, device/type, fault, cost, final price, serial, password, dates (received/delivery), notes.

• Lock pattern drawing (Pattern).

• Dynamic custom fields (on demand): supported types: text/number/date and Select lists with predefined values; labels in three languages; can enforce “required” and enable/disable per field.

Weekly Time Navigation

• Choose displayed week: buttons for current week and next week, plus a dropdown of the latest 8 past weeks (shows date range per week).

• Configurable week start from settings (Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon…) applied to calculations and navigation.

Analytics & Reports

• Weekly/Monthly/Yearly dashboards (per permissions): totals (work cost, final price, profit); expenses + withdrawals → net profit; canceled orders (counts and values, display-only).
  Note: statistics count delivered orders only.

• Export reports: Excel or PDF for each period (week/month/year), with title in the selected language and optional “group by day” when exporting.

• Manual stats reset (week/month/year) for authorized users.

• Smart auto-reset: auto_reset_enabled records a new starting point for each period (week/month/year) automatically when the period changes; includes a reset log.

• Daily auto-move of undelivered old orders to the current page/week.

Expenses & Withdrawals (Finance)

• Two tabs in one card:
  Expenses: list/add/delete with live total.
  Withdrawals: list/add/delete with live total.
  Summaries are shown and numbers automatically roll into net profit on dashboards.

Backup (Database)

• One-click SQL export (selected core tables).

• Import SQL from a .sql file.

• Clear success/failure messages, plus an info card explaining how to use it.

Users & Custom Fields Management (from sidebar)

• Add user (includes handler with username uniqueness check and password hashing).

• Change password for the current user after verifying the current password.

• Manage custom fields: add/delete fields (unique names, multilingual labels, field type & options, ordering).
