Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases are subject to the following refund policy.

Most products sold through TurkeyXpress are digital products or services delivered electronically.

Once a digital product or service has been successfully delivered, activated, credited, or fulfilled, refunds are generally not available.

  1. Non-Delivered Orders

If we are unable to provide the purchased product or service, the customer will be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 1–7 business days.

  1. Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing orders, including usernames, email addresses, device identifiers, or account details.

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

  1. Technical Issues

If a customer experiences a technical issue preventing delivery of the purchased service, our support team will investigate the matter and provide assistance or an appropriate resolution.

  1. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases involving fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
